Survey Rules:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE TO WIN.
One winner per household per 365 day period. Only 1 survey per individual can be submitted in 30 day period. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("U.S.") who are the age of majority where they reside (generally 18 to 21). Employees, officers and directors of Paradise Beach Shop, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
LIMITS: a winner can only win one time in a 365 day period. Only one entry (mail or survey) per individual can be submitted in 30 day. Anyone submitting more than one entry (via mail or survey) will be disqualified and banned from further participation. We want everyone to have a fair chance of winning. In-store credit good as long as survey program continues; survey program may end at any time without any liability or value owed to customer. We are not liable for any lost entries, there are no expressed or implied warranties or express or implied guarantees of any kind. By nature, humans are imperfect, and we will do our best to conduct the process fairly and correctly. By entering this process, you agree to not hold us accountable for any damages, perceived or actual, and agree that we are not responsible, not limited to but including, for any fraud or misrepresentation that occurs, such as someone pretending to be the winner, or submitting someone else's information into an entry,
PUBLICITY: To promote fairness and transparency, first and last name of winner and their originating location will be published, and we will attempt to procure a picture of winner to be published. By participating in this survey, you agree to this Publicity clause.
COMMON SCHEDULE: Depending on the type of survey that is being described, a winner will be drawn daily, weekly, bimonthly, or monthly. Usually, a draw is made either daily or weekly. The length of time will be described at the top of the Survey. Technical difficulties and certain unforeseen events may delay a drawing of a winner, but all those who enter will be eventually be given a chance to win during next drawing. Each random drawing will usually be conducted by noon, the day after the survey contest has concluded. At times, this time frame may delayed, but will eventually occur. Special holidays, store closures, or special circumstances may delay drawing.
TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter. By web or mail. By web: access the survey web site printed on receipts distributed at participating Paradise Beach Shop locations. You have 3 days plus the day you made the purchase to fill out the survey. You will be asked to respond to several questions regarding your most recent experience at Paradise Beach Shop, and you must provide your home telephone number, your age, and the receipt number. If you miss the drawing for a particular period, you will be automatically entered into the next drawing. By mail: hand print your name, complete address, telephone number and date of birth on a postcard and mail via first-class mail to: Paradise Beach Shop Survey, 114 West Fort Macon Rd, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512.
WINNER SELECTION: Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries. An Indpendent Adminstrator will be assigned, and they will use a random method to highlight a random entry to be the winning entry. If the entry that is randomly selected isn't eligible for any reason, this process may continue until one is a winner is found.
CHANGES: We reserve the right to change the rules at anytime without notification. Changes in rules stated here will be modified to reflect the changes.
PRIZE NOTIFICATION/DISTRIBUTION: The winner will be notified via email, and they need to respond to the e-mail. The winner will be published on one of our social feeds, usually Facebook, Twitter, or both. Prize or in-store credit must be picked up in person, with an ID that matches the name in the entry. If no ID is available, winner may be asked several questions to determine their ID. Regardless, for some prizes, we may not be able to release prize without an ID. We do not have the personal, time, or infrastructure to mail prizes. To prevent fraud and for other reasons, in-store credit or prizes must picked up in person, and be used in person, not on-line. In-store credit or prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for other merchandise. Daily survey prizes expire within 30 days. Weekly survey prizes expire within 180 days.
